Reading Material for Your Trip to INTA San Diego

Here are a few items to keep you occupied on the way to the INTA Annual Meeting in San Diego. If you'd like to get together, meet me in the lobby of the Marriott Marquis on Sunday at noon. I'll be the guy holding an orange stress ball in each hand.

Circuit Judge Kimberley A. Moore, who provided the "additional views" in the CAFC's now-vacated decision in THE SLANTS case, wrote an article 20 years ago on the topic of disparagement and the First Amendment: The Washington Redskins Case and the Doctrine of Disparagement: How Politically Correct Must a Trademark Be?, 22 Pepperdine Law Review 1 (1995).

The latest issue of the Trademark Reporter provides the Annual Review of EU Trademark Law: 2014 in Review, 105 TMR No. 2 (2015).

And last, and probably least, here is yours truly's compilation of the "Decisions of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Federal Circuit on Registrability Issues: July 2013 to March 2015."
